Thank you for shopping at GREYSIDE GROUP. We want you to be completely satisfied with your new furniture. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@greysidegroup.shop with the following information:

  • Your Order Number
  • The name of the item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item in its original packaging

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: For general returns (e.g., changed your mind, item doesn’t fit your space), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is defective or was damaged during transit, GREYSIDE GROUP will cover all return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no extra charge.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card). You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Items that have been fully assembled, modified, or damaged by the user.
  • Custom-made or personalized furniture pieces.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already been processed or shipped, please follow the standard return process after delivery.
