1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Standard Shipping: We offer competitive shipping rates calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your selected items.
- Promotions: From time to time, we offer Free Shipping on orders over a certain value. Please check our homepage banners for current promotions.
3. Delivery Timelines
Since we ship globally to bring you the best designs, delivery times vary by location:
- United States & Canada: 7–12 business days.
- Europe & UK: 7–14 business days.
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days. Please note: These are estimates. Factors such as customs clearance or local postal delays may occasionally extend these windows.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
You can track your package directly on our Track Your Order page or via 17Track.net.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Due to the size of most of our furniture pieces, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
GREYSIDE GROUP is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We require photos of the damaged item and the shipping box to process a replacement or refund.
8. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If it is still missing, contact us at support@greysidegroup.shop within 5 days of the “delivered” date.
